What is Penguin leadership?  It is keeping on doing things the right things, even if others do not.

There is the story of  Penguins who came from a zoo.  They were lazy and they kept on sleeping and lounging under the sun, doing nothing, Then there were penguins that came from the wild and they were active. They kept on swimming and moving around.   The new batch of Penguins kept on being active until the lazy bones caught on and did what the wild penguins did.

In a management situation the best way to influence  others is by example.  Penguin leadership is setting good example..

The head leads the tails

The  world needs a leader.  A good leader. There are not too many of them maybe just 0.10% of the total population.  We are wowed by the appearance of Mayor Isko Moreno of Manila and Vico Sotto who just on their first week in office, did much to change their cities albeit superficially yet.   The best is still to come?...

The comparison is that of a centipede or a snake. Naturally the  rest of the body of the animal follows the head.  Or like the train.

The head is over the heart and the rest of the body.   Your thinking affects your emotion and body.  But sometimes we allow the heart and the emotion to take over, or even the body.   The mind over the body

We can not expect followers, the rest of the  masses to do things on their own.  We must show them direction the correct goals - where are we going direction.  Many would not like to take responsibility for their own welfare, much less to others

We communicate, we explain, we motivate them, we keep on going.... We show good examples. Our followers ape us....  Say in hard work, in closing deals, in selling.  For leaders, this  is their responsibility
