I saw a video of may inaanak conducting children in a group performance featured at CNN. It occurred to me that running a business is like conducting an orchestra. There is a music a theme, a vision all broken down into music sheets that fit the instrument (engineering, job descriptions). The conductor gets the best member for the orchestra. There is a lot of practice, training, training, training to get things done right.
The business might not produce music but it can produce great results thanks to the work of the boss who leads it - the conductor
