Getting the wrong people off the bus.

This is contrary to unwritten social contract that one of the missions of businessmen is to provide jobs and employment.  And. or that our greatest asset is our human assets...

But it depends.  Only those productive human resources are to be valued; ...those who aren't must get off the bus. Remember, one rotten apple can spread through out the bushel.  One lousy virus can spread in the entire organization...and kill the organism
