I got this story from a guest entrepreneur an American citizen, who deciding on what he really loves doing became rich a billionaire in PHP.

He was formerly an Intel electronics engineer and analyzed concluded that he will end up as worker though he is an electronic engineer (as respected job at Intel) and nothing will come of his job.  He decided that what he really wanted to do was to be a realtor a real estate developer. That is something that he really loves doing.     So he quit his job and came to the Philippines where he has relatives.. The situs of the story is at Angeles City.

Soon after after a decade he became a billionaire.  With the help of a rural bank (whose President was my student) he parlayed his very little real estate holding through an MO called flipping.  (He buys some foreclosed real estate, fix it, modify it package iit resells them at modest profit.  Well the rural bank's asset is into billions... By doing what he likes doing he became happy and rich at the same time
