Many of you must have seen the movie "The Founder" where Ray Kroc the founder of McDonald recites Calvin Coolidge determination. Starting out as a milkshake salesman (he did not sell many) he was mesmerized by the operation of McDonald outlet in automating the hamburger preparation.
He managed to establish 1,000+ outlets in a year, albeit losing money because of a wrong business model, 1.5% franchise fee. A financial analyst whom he met in a bank said the real way to get rich is to buy the land where the franchise is to be set up, earn money on day one of the lease rather than on the first day of sales of the burger... And the land can be mortgaged to buy more land. (As of now, McDo is the biggest lessor of property world wide because of this formula.)
But what propelled this is that single trait: Determination whicch we have when we bike climb a mountain, pursue a hobby.
"Determination aloe is omnipotent.."
