Sound mind in a sound body

We said that the head leads the tails. But the head sits on a shoulder and the shoulder can get sick.
How many times that some people become unreliable, or their talents become useless because they get sick and get sick often.

We say health is wealth and that is true.  When you get sick the pharma, the hospital and MD becomes wealthy and you get poor.  To avoid this you have to mind three  things and you must pay attention to this as much as you pay attention to your career and learning advancement

               ACTIVITY
               EXERCISE
               DIET

Two things happen in the work place:  activity, exercise and diet.   They can all happen in the workplace at the same time.



            ACTIVITY -  being lazy bones is not good for your health.  Move.  There are smartwatches
                                   that warn you of your inactivity of one hour or more.  Inactivity, sitting position
                                   kills.  It causes stresses on your body organs, increase cholesterol and thickens
                                   your blood.

            EXERCISE -  do PE once a week or when you do your AM talk

            DIET -  watch your calories burned vs calories taken in your lunch.  Excess calories unburned
                          becomes fat and fat increases your weight and you become vulnerable to diseases:
                          diabetes, HBP and even cancer.

So mind these 3 things:   activity, exercise diet....
