There is a difference on how people obey or respond to an instruction.  Take for example two office help Juan and Pedro.

Juan

He was sent on an errand by the boss to inquire about the contents of a truck that was parked and visible form the office.   "Juan itanong mo kung ano ang laman ng truck was the order." Juan came back a few minutes later and said "Saging po"

"Saan galing?"   Juan went down again and later reported  "Sa Mindoro po".    More questions from the boss.

More questions. "

More details required:    "Ilang lahat ang buwig at magkano kung papakyawin. "  Sir mga 30 buwig po.   Less 10% pag pakyaw.  Cash lang po.

Pedro

Was sent on a similar errand.   It took about 20 minutes before Pedro came back but he reported in one errand all the things that the boss wants to know.

Pedro or Juan?

Some lessons:

1.  Listen to the orders

2.  Have the initiative to complete the errand or order;

3.  OTAC.  Do the task complete and use your otac.
